We like infrastructure-layer plays and concentrate on 6-7 bets per year.
Our purpose: to help Europe’s smartest engineers launch the most consequential industrial companies of the 21st century.

As an angel I invested in the likes of edge & GPU cloud leader Ori (now Radiant), Quantum Photonics pioneer Aegiq, or holography world-leader Vivid-Q.
With the fund I got backing by the likes of Molten Ventures (LSE:GROW), Multiple Capital, and exited founders and operators including 1 Nasdaq listed & 3 unicorn companies.
My mission? To build Europe's first community-driven deeptech VC firm built by technical folks exclusively to discover today's Industrial Pioneers.
Before all this crazy journey, I grew up in a small rural Italian town called Macerata, learned to code as a teenager, moved to London to study Computer Science and worked in anything from web development to fruit and veg stall salesman to pay for my studies. After building my career up to CTO, I left it all in 2022 to focus on the community and launch our first fund.
Occasionally I give public keynotes and guest lectures on deeptech and VC at institutions and events such as Super Venture / Super Return (Berlin), Mobile World Congress (Barcelona), Hello Tomorrow (Paris), London Tech Week, The London Institute of Banking and Finance (London), ASP (Politecnico di Milano, Italy), the European GNSS Agency (Prague).

Silicon Roundabout Ventures fund 1 closes just above its £5m target and its first investment, Anaphite, closes its Series A follow on round.
